  การปฏิวัติผลิตภัณฑ์จากพืช แสดงให้เห็นถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างมากของรูปแบบการบริโภคอาหารและการใช้ชีวิตทั่วโลก ด้วยแรงผลักดันจากความตระหนักที่เพิ่มขึ้นเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพ ความยั่งยืนของสิ่งแวดล้อม และความกังวลเกี่ยวกับสวัสดิภาพสัตว์ จึงส่งเสริมให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปสู่ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ทำมาจากพืชมากยิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งการปฏิวัติครั้งนี้ไม่ได้จำกัดเฉพาะอาหารเท่านั้น เนื่องจากอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องสำอางก็เกิดการปรับตัวครั้งสำคัญเช่นเดียวกัน โดยพบว่า มีการเพิ่มขึ้นของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ปราศจากการทดลองจากสัตว์ และผลิตภัณฑ์ที่หลีกเลี่ยงส่วนผสมที่มาจากสัตว์ หรือแม้แต่ในอุตสาหกรรมแฟชั่นที่ได้เปลี่ยนจากการใช้หนังสัตว์ ขนสัตว์ และผ้าไหม ไปสู่การพัฒนาวัสดุที่มาจากพืช เช่น ใบสับปะรด เห็ด และแม้แต่ยีสต์ที่ดัดแปลงพันธุกรรม เป็นต้น

  The plant-based revolution represents a substantial shift in global dietary and lifestyle patterns. Fueled by growing awareness around health, environmental sustainability, and animal welfare concerns, it highlights a distinct move away from animal-based products towards those derived from plants. The revolution is not limited to food. The cosmetics industry is also witnessing a shift with an increase in cruelty-free and vegan products that shun ingredients derived from animals. In the fashion industry, alternatives to leather, wool, and silk are being developed from plant sources like pineapple leaves, mushrooms, and even genetically engineered yeast.
