The Samson inclined shaft kneader accompanies an agitation blade and tilting arm type from Japan, including the ability to adjust the paddle speed for different mixing recipes that enables mixing food ingredients quickly and evenly. Discharging the material could be done by pipe drainage or tilting the kettle. It also saves energy by using a steam jacket to provide heat for cooking while mixing. Dismantling food-contact parts are much easier for cleaning or maintenance purposes. Moreover, it incorporates additional features like load cells and vacuum functions.
