“การบริหารคลังสินค้ายุค 5.0 ไม่ยากเท่ากับการปรับเปลี่ยนแนวคิดให้เป็นผู้ประกอบการยุค 5.0”
     ก่อนที่จะก้าวไปสู่การบริหารคลังสินค้ายุค 5.0 นั้น ผู้ประกอบการควรเริ่มจากการทำความเข้าใจถึง รากฐานในการบริหารคลังสินค้าก่อนที่จะนำไปวางเป็นยุทธศาสตร์หลักที่สำคัญในการบริหารคลังสินค้าสมัยใหม่ โดยการยึดหลักการ “สต็อกเป็นศูนย์ (Zero Stock)” ซึ่งถือเป็นแนวทางปฏิบัติที่อาจจะไม่ใช่เรื่องง่ายและไม่ได้หมายความว่าจะไม่มีสินค้าคงคลังเหลืออยู่เลย แต่ความหมายของ Zero Stock คือ การนำหลักการสต็อกที่เป็นศูนย์นั้นมาเป็นรากฐานแล้วพยายามสรรหากระบวนการต่างๆ เพื่อให้มีปริมาณสินค้าคงคลังเหลือน้อยที่สุด โดยมีตัวชี้วัดเปรียบเทียบกับหลักการ Zero Stock ซึ่งมีความสอดคล้องกับแนวคิดในการพัฒนาโลจิสติกส์ 4.0 ว่าด้วยแนวคิดในการบริหารคลังสินค้า ซึ่งจะเห็นได้ว่าการจัดการที่ดี คือ การไม่ต้องมีคลังสินค้า (No Warehouse) หากอนาคตเรามีระบบฐานข้อมูลที่ดีเพียงพอ การผลิตในปริมาณที่สอดรับกับความต้องการของผู้บริโภคและมีการสำรองสินค้าไว้บางส่วนในกรณีฉุกเฉิน ก็ถือว่าเพียงพอต่อการบริหารคลังสินค้ายุค 5.0 แล้ว

เทคนิคในการบริหารคลังสินค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
1. WMS: ระบบบริหารและจัดการคลังสินค้ายุคใหม่
โดยคุณสมบัติของ WMS ประกอบด้วย
- ระบบเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายโลจิสติกส์ภายใน (Intralogistics Network Flow)
- ระบบตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลัง (Inventory Control)
- ระบบตรวจรับและจัดการข้อมูล (Receiving)
- ฐานข้อมูลการเก็บสินค้า (Put-away)
- ข้อมูลการจัดหยิบสินค้า (Order Picking)
- ระบบตรวจสอบและตรวจทานจำนวนสินค้า (Cycle Count & Stock Count)

2. การจัดสรรพื้นที่การทำงานด้วยระบบ 5S
หลักการบริหารพื้นที่ในคลังสินค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพด้วยระบบ 5S ประกอบด้วย
- Sort - จัดสินค้าให้เป็นระเบียบ
- Set in order - จัดพื้นที่ให้เป็นระบบ
- Shine - พื้นที่ภายในต้องสะอาดตา
- Standardize - มีมาตรฐานในการทำงาน
- Sustain - เอาใจใส่ในการทำงาน
3. ตรวจสภาพความพร้อมของอุปกรณ์เป็นประจำ
4. จัดอบรมบุคลากรให้ปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
5. ติดตามความคืบหน้าของกระบวนการอย่างต่อเนื่อง

     Before moving to warehouse management 5.0 era, entrepreneurs should grasp its fundamentals. Understanding the concept of "zero stock" is crucial; it doesn't imply having no inventory but rather efficiently managing it to reduce surplus and improve operations. This principle involves embracing zero stock, which closely aligns with the principles of Logistics 4.0, emphasizing the utilization of technology and automation to optimize supply chain operations. In the future, as big data phenomenal, traditional warehousing could become outdated. In Warehousing 5.0, goods are made exactly when needed, with a small bubble stock, and can be sent straight from suppliers to customers without storing them in between.

The principles of efficient warehouse space management, embodied in the 5S system, include:

5. Monitoring the progress of the processes continuously
