ยกระดับการผลิตน้ำดื่มและบรรจุภัณฑ์ทางเลือก ลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม Elevate Drinking Water Production and Alternate its Packaging to Reduce Environmental Impact

   ประเทศไทยเป็นประเทศที่มีการให้บริการน้ำดื่มฟรีในพื้นที่สาธารณะไม่มากนัก ในขณะที่พื้นที่ที่มีการติดตั้งเครื่องกรองน้ำเพื่อให้บริการน้ำดื่มฟรีนั้นก็ยังไม่ได้รับการดูแลให้มีมาตรฐานและความสะอาดเท่าที่ควร ด้วยเหตุนี้ คนไทยส่วนใหญ่จึงบริโภคน้ำดื่มที่บรรจุขวดแทน จึงทำให้อุตสาหกรรมน้ำดื่มบรรจุขวดมีมูลค่ากว่าหลายแสนล้านบาทต่อปี ในขณะเดียวกันก็เป็นหนึ่งในอุตสาหกรรมที่สร้างมลพิษมากที่สุดอีกด้วย ดังนั้น ผู้ผลิตและกลุ่มสตาร์ทอัปในอุตสาหกรรมน้ำดื่มซึ่งต่างตระหนักถึงปัญหานี้ จึงเลือกแนวทางที่ดีที่สุดเพื่อลดขยะจากขวดพลาสติก โดยที่ยังคงให้ความสำคัญกับมาตรฐานและความสะอาดปลอดภัยของน้ำดื่ม กองบรรณาธิการนิตยสาร ฟู้ด โฟกัส ไทยแลนด์ จึงได้รวบรวมตัวอย่างการผลิตน้ำดื่มที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ดังนี้

Mineral Water: "Don't Recycle, Refill"   
   บริษัทแห่งหนึ่งได้พัฒนาระบบกรองน้ำที่ยังคงแร่ธาตุในน้ำดื่ม (Mineral Preserve) ที่ชื่อว่า “RYNN Water” สามารถนำไปติดตั้งในร้านอาหารและโรงแรมได้โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องซื้อน้ำดื่มจากภายนอกอีกต่อไป  “RYNN Water” เป็นระบบกรองน้ำแบบนาโนที่มีฟิลเตอร์ความละเอียดประมาณ 0.001-0.002 ไมครอน ซึ่งนำมาใช้ทดแทนระบบน้ำแบบรีเวอร์สออสโมซิส (Reverse Osmosis; RO) จึงช่วยป้องกันและยับยั้งการเจริญเติบโตของเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ แต่ยังคงมีแร่ธาตุที่จะเป็นต่อร่างกาย

Organic Water: "Air to Water Technology"
   นวัตกรรมระบบผลิตน้ำออร์แกนิกจากผู้ผลิตน้ำระดับโลก แบรนด์ Atlantis H2O ที่ผลิตน้ำจากการดึงโมเลกุลน้ำที่ล่องลอยอยู่ในโอโซนอากาศ นำมาจัดเรียงตัวใหม่ภายใน Air Molecular Condenser เพื่อให้น้ำในอากาศเกิดการรวมตัวกันเป็นหยดน้ำที่ใสบริสุทธิ์ภายในระยะเวลา 15 นาที ซึ่งใช้วิธีการเลียนแบบกระบวนการผลิตน้ำตามธรรมชาติ จึงช่วยลดระยะเวลาการผลิตน้ำให้เร็วขึ้น ทั้งยังผ่านกระบวนการกรองด้วยฟิลเตอร์ที่ได้มาตรฐานถึง 8 ขั้นตอน และกำจัดเชื้อโรคด้วยแสงอัลตราไวโอเลต พร้อมกระบวนการเพิ่มแร่ธาตุ (Mineralization) ทำให้ได้น้ำดื่มออร์แกนิกคุณภาพสูงและปราศจากเชื้อโรคต่างๆ โดยไม่ต้องผ่านกระบวนทางเคมี

Aluminum Can: "100% Recyclable"
   แบรนด์ La Baguette ที่ได้รับการออกแบบกระป๋องน้ำดื่มให้มีลวดลายที่สวยงาม เพื่อให้ผู้บริโภคได้สัมผัสประสบการณ์ใหม่จากการถ่ายรูปกระป๋องน้ำดื่ม นอกจากความสวยงามแล้ว ผู้ผลิตและผู้ออกแบบยังต้องการสื่อให้เห็นถึงบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่รักษ์โลก โดยการนำวัสดุอะลูมิเนียมมาใช้เป็นบรรจุภัณฑ์ทดแทนขวดพลาสติก เนื่องจากอะลูมิเนียมมีน้ำหนักเบา เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมและเป็นวัสดุที่รีไซเคิลได้ 100% จึงช่วยประหยัดพลังงานในการผลิตใหม่

   Thailand has few free drinking water dispensers available in public areas, and the places that provide free drinking water are not maintained or cleaned enough to the safety standard they should be. Therefore, most Thais chose to consume water in plastic bottles instead, resulting in making the bottled water industry worth hundreds of billions of baht per year. At the same time, it is also one of the most polluting industries. Manufacturers and start-ups in the drinking water industry are aware of the problem. They are trying to choose the best way to reduce plastic bottle waste while paying attention to cleanliness and safety standards. Food Focus Thailand magazine editorial team has compiled examples of environmentally friendly drinking water production as follows:

Mineral Water: "Don't Recycle, Refill"   
   A particular company has developed a water filtration system that retains minerals in drinking water (Mineral Preserve) called "RYNN Water", which can be installed in restaurants and hotels without needing to buy drinking water from outsourcing. "RYNN Water" is a nano water filtration system with a filter resolution of about 0.001-0.002 microns, which is used to replace the reverse osmosis (RO) water system, thereby preventing and inhibiting the growth of microorganisms. However, there are still minerals that will be in the body.

Organic Water: "Air to Water Technology"
   An innovative organic water production system from world-class water production under Atlantis H2O brand produces water by extracting and rearranging water molecules floating in ozone inside the Air Molecular Condenser to allow water in the air to condense into water droplets within 15 minutes, mimicking the natural water production process, thus helping to reduce production time. It also goes through a filter with an eight steps standard water purification process. It eliminates germs with ultraviolet light, along with the process of Mineralization to get high-quality organic drinking water free from various pathogens without going through chemical processes.

Aluminum is environmentally friendly, lightweight, and 100 % recyclable, which helps save energy in reproduction.
