Citri-Fi® 400 series is organic citrus fibers made from the byproduct of the citrus juicing process from Fiberstar, Inc. These new citrus fibers are in response to the increasing demand for natural and sustainable food ingredients. The fibrous composition of insoluble and soluble fiber in the form of intact native pectin. At less than a 1% usage rate, Citri-Fi® 400 series provide water holding, emulsification properties with a pleasant mouthfeel, and nutrition of a variety of food and beverages.
