Progressa Bread Compact Bread Line is suited for a medium-sized industry that can process doughs with the same quality as on a large-scale line without residues in the smallest spaces.  With it, a wide range of products can be produced extremely weight-accurate and very gentle on dough. Due to the minimal use of oil and its outstanding hygiene properties, the machine can be cleaned quickly and easily. This can make a bakery from two tons of dough per hour, achieving a processing quality and product variety that was only seen before in the category of industrial systems.
