เตาอบระบบ Impingement รุ่น TIMPJ สามารถสร้างลมร้อนและพ่นบนผิวอาหารได้โดยตรง ผ่านหัวฉีดที่ออกแบบมาเป็นพิเศษ จึงสามารถกระจายความร้อนได้อย่างทั่วถึง ปรุงสุกอาหารได้อย่างรวดเร็ว และให้สีน้ำตาลที่สม่ำเสมอ พัดลมด้านบนและด้านล่างทำงานแยกกัน จึงสามารถกำหนดพารามิเตอร์ต่างๆ ได้ เช่น อุณหภูมิ ระยะเวลาการปรุงสุก และระดับความแรงลม ด้วยระบบการฉีดพ่นไอน้ำที่มีประสิทธิภาพ จึงช่วยให้อาหารยังคงความชุ่มชื้น เพิ่มมูลค่าโดยไม่สูญเสียรสชาติ เหมาะกับผลิตภัณฑ์ เช่น ไก่ย่าง ปลาย่าง ไข่ดาว ไข่เจียว

Impingement Oven TIMPJ can generate hot air and injects it directly into the food surface through the unique nozzles to break the thermal boundary layer. Therefore, it can cook rapidly, and equalized heat distribution guarantees a uniform browning effect. As top and bottom fans are set independently, more parameter configurations can be made, such as temperature, cooking time, and fan speed. Efficient steam injection reduces evaporation from foods, offering a better yield rate without compromising tastes. It’s suitable for grilled chicken, grilled fish, omelets, fried eggs, etc.
