DRIPHORM® Powder is DHA, an essential Omega-3 fatty acid derived from tuna, anchovy, algal, and fungal sources. Processing with microencapsulation technology retains active ingredients and protects against oxidation, which causes undesirable taste and odor. In addition, DRIPHORM® Powder has superior emulsifying properties compared with proteins alone, is stable over a greater pH range, and has increased heat stability. Therefore, it is suitable for various food applications such as infant formula, dairy or non-dairy milk, protein powder, gummies, and snack bars.
