The automatic double-clipper provides a high production speed of up to 230 cycles per minute for 24-120 mm. calibers and the shortest downtime for reloading casing and maintenance. This machine closes collagen and fibrous casings up to 58 mm. and plastic casings up to 120 mm. It has a fully hygienic conveyor belt, dismantling without tools, and easy cleaning. The incorrect settings are avoided by detecting the clip size and die to prevent mistakes from operators.
