TFS 216 THERMOFORMER
เครื่องเทอร์โมฟอร์ม รุ่น TFS 216 เป็นนวัตกรรมล่าสุดจากทาง ULMA เหมาะสำหรับการผลิตบรรจุภัณฑ์แบบ LeafSkinTM และ LeafMapTM จากม้วนฟิล์มกระดาษทดแทนถาดกระดาษแข็ง ทำให้ช่วยลดต้นทุนค่าวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ ลดเศษวัสดุ และใช้พื้นที่ในการจัดเก็บบรรจุภัณฑ์น้อยลง ซึ่งเครื่องเทอร์โมฟอร์มรุ่นนี้สามารถออกแบบความกว้างได้ตามต้องการโดยไม่มีเศษวัสดุหลงเหลือ และด้วยการปิดผนึกฟิล์มแบบแนบไปกับพื้นผิวทำให้ช่วยยืดอายุการเก็บรักษาสินค้า และลดปริมาณการใช้พลาสติกลงได้ถึงร้อยละ 80 นอกจากนี้วัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์แต่ละชนิดยังสามารถแยกออกจากกันได้ เพื่อให้ง่ายต่อการนำไปรีไซเคิล
The new TFS 216 is the latest innovative thermoforming solution from ULMA that produces LeafSkinTM and LeafMapTM packages from a paper film reel instead of cardboard trays. The benefits from this are lower material cost, reduced material scrap, and less packaging material storage space required. This new machine allows you to use the reel width you prefer with no scrap in terms of the base material. The skin sealing increases the shelf-life and reduces the plastic by up to 80%. The different materials are fully separable for easily recyclable.
