จบปัญหาการตรวจสอบฉลากและฝาบรรจุภัณฑ์ด้วยเทคโนโลยีการตรวจสอบด้วยภาพแบบอัตโนมัติ Cease the Problem of Label and Cap Inspection with the Automated Vision Inspection

   จากข้อมูล USFDA และ USDA ในปี พ.ศ. 2564 พบว่า ร้อยละ 24 ของการเรียกคืนผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร มีสาเหตุจากการไม่แสดงข้อมูลสารก่อภูมิแพ้บนฉลาก และอีกร้อยละ 11 มีสาเหตุจากการติดฉลากผิด เช่น พิมพ์ภาพอาร์ตเวิร์กผิด หรือการติดฉลากที่ไม่ถูกต้อง ซึ่งอาจไม่ปรากฎข้อมูลสารก่อภูมิแพ้ที่สำคัญของผลิตภัณฑ์ ดังนั้น การตรวจสอบฉลากหรืออาร์ตเวิร์กบนบรรจุภัณฑ์จึงเป็นขั้นตอนที่มีความสำคัญเป็นอย่างยิ่ง โดยเฉพาะผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีรูปแบบคล้ายคลึงกันและผลิตในปริมาณมาก

Data collected by the USFDA and USDA in 2021 shows that 24% of food recalls were attributed to undeclared allergens, and another 11% to other forms of mislabeling. Mislabeling can occur if the wrong artwork is printed on the package or if an incorrect label – possibly missing vital allergen information – is applied to the product. Monitoring label or package artwork is critical, especially when producing multiple batches of products with similar flavors or packaging designs.

A Practical Vision Inspection System Reduce Label and Packaging Problems
A missing or askew cap on a product can result in unnecessary product waste and costly rework. For many products, a tamper-evident device provides reassurance to consumers that the product has not been altered in any way. Products missing the temper-evident device damage consumer confidence and can result in product returns.

   However, numerous machines are involved during the capping and filling of a product, providing ample opportunity for errors. A practical vision inspection system can monitor cap presence or absence, lid label match to side labels, skew, and color. Therefore, monitoring package quality is essential to minimize product waste, protect spillage in downstream processes, and offer the very best presentation of a given product to consumers.
